Nyetimber, the world-renowned English sparkling wine producer, opens its estate to the public only a handful of times each year, and Amberley Castle has teamed up with our friends down the road to create an exclusive experience.
Arrive at the castle before luxury transport takes you to Nyetimber’s vineyard for a one-of-a-kind tour, exploring its rich history and the methods used to craft its cuvées. You’ll then return to Amberley Castle, where the evening begins with a Nyetimber and canapé reception, followed by a five-course tasting menu specially created to complement the Nyetimber wine flight. An expert from the vineyard will present each pairing, adding insight and elevating the experience.
